Garrison serves under the command of
Lt. General Joseph K. Parsons, aka: the American General, along with Kevin
Newsome, aka: Private Citizen (formerly the hero, Sneakers).
A few quick details:
He lost his eye in combat.
He gained his power bands when he
was taken from the battlefield by a lone alien. The alien gives him the bands
and returns him to combat.
After gaining the bands, he is
transferred to American General's unit.
