Origin

Ameridroid was put into service in 1995. It was in development from 1987 to 1994, based on Japanese robotics technology. It is controlled by the President of the United States when his consciousness is transfered into Ameridroid.

The first President to use Ameridroid was William "Bill" Jefferson Clinton. Ameridroid was placed into field service along side the American General, eventually going solo.

Today, Ameridroid is under the control of a reluctant Donald John Trump. Trump refused to transfer his consciousness into Ameridroid, instead, opting to copy. This allows Ameridroid to always be active.

Ameridroid is the leader of the hero team, The Congress, consisting of several (open source) heroes.

Powers

Superhuman strength and durability, enhanced reflexes, digital vision, 360° awareness, and can emit energy bursts.
