Origin
David was raised by a tigress in the jungle from a few weeks old until adulthood. She bestowed upon him the powers of the cat family. When he arrived in America, he became the Cat-Man and fought crime. He even gained a girl sidekick called Kitten. Years later, Kitten had left and started a family. David continued as Cat-Man. During one of his battles, he was severely wounded, even beyond his cat powers ability to heal him. He had lost both legs, and both arms. He was placed in a community home to be cared for. Some time later, he was approached by Dr. Horton, a robotics expert. He told David that he could restore his limbs by using parts from an android he was forced to bury many years before. David agreed. Dr. Horton completed the procedure. After David healed, quickly due to his cat powers, he began rehabilitation. He adapted at a rapid rate. He could function in life, and even fight again. Then one day, for no apparent reason, the limbs had burst into flames, enveloping David in fire. Whilst, attempting to put out the flames, he realized he wasn't burning. Dr. Horton told him to concentrate on putting out the flames with his thoughts. It worked. David still had his cat powers, now he had the ability to control flames. He soon taught himself how to ignite his body and throw fireballs. He also learned to fly using the flames. He adopted the suit of the android and his cat mask and became Hellcat, fiery feline of justice.

Powers
David is a cyborg with the powers of the cat family (see in dark, great leaping, talk to cats, nine lives, climb anything) and create and control flames (fire balls, ignite body, fly)

About
Colina is the great-granddaughter of Bart Hill, the Golden Age Daredevil. Through the years, the mantle of the Daredevil has been passed to the next generation. Now, Colina, 16, is the first female in the line, and she's making it her own. Trained from childhood to one day carry on, Colina is an expert martial artist and expert with a boomerang, among other weapons. To her father's disliking, she has changed all but the duo-tone scheme of her suit. The colors, the style, and the name have all been changed. She does wear the belt her great-grandfather wore as a crimefighter, and she uses the same boomerang. She is sarcastic and loves to beat up criminals.

About
Aoife is an Irish-American with the power of luck. She always finds herself in the right place at the right time. She always knows how to act and react. She can also grant a target person with luck by touch and the effect lasts for about an hour. If she does something unlucky (break a mirror, walk under a ladder, etc.) on purpose or accident, she will lose her power of luck for one day. A weakness some of her enemies have used against her. Another weakness is that if she is kissed by a leprechaun, she will lose her powers for a moon cycle and she becomes greedy for gold and the leprechaun gains her luck.
She is a skilled fighter.
She speaks with a Gaelic accent.

This is Tulip the Purple-Nosed Reindeer. She is still a very young reindeer..

She has the ability to fly. Her nose is purple, but it doesn't light up. Her hooves are also purple.

Co-pilot to Rudolph. Her violet nose acts as a compass. This is why Santa always finds the right home to deliver the presents. She never gets lost.

Shamrock "Shammy" March was born and lives in Irishville, USA. His parents migrated from Ireland. His birthday is March 17th.
Shammy is a peanut shaped humanoid with red hair, green eyes and freckles.
His green suit is decorated with a 3-leaf clover.
His weapon is The Celery Sword.
He drinks green beer and whiskey daily, and generally carries a small barrel of one or the other on his back.

Origin

William is a journalist who loves to travel. While on vacation in Tibet, he discovers a cave, and inside, a wizard. The wizard casts a spell of truth on William and sees that he is worthy. The wizard gives him a ring. This ring gives William many wonderful powers. All William has to do to activate it, is hold the ring out in front of himself and say "MAZAHS!" William returns home to America and becomes Captain Wonder.

Hallie Weed (Open Source)

Real Name: Hallie Michelle Worth

Origin

Mari Wana, an old Japanese sorceress, was working as a fortune teller when Hallie walked in. Hallie asked to have her fortune told. When Mari saw Hallie's future, she also found her successor. She told Hallie her future and gave her the plant and told her the plant must only be used for good or it will wither and die. The plant needs to be taken back to the magical realm each Halloween to recharge it, or its effects will begin to diminish. She also told her that she cannot share its power with anyone else. She can pass the plant to another, but never share, sharing will also cause the plant to die. Hallie left.

She later went to visit Mari again, but the sorceress was gone.

She then decided to use her powers to fight crime, calling herself Hallie Weed, Queen of Cannabis.

Powers

Hallie has the ability to debilitate people by making them move slowly and suffer from hunger by excreting a smoke from her body. This power comes from a magical cannabis plant. It also heals her. Hallie must smoke or ingest the leaves of the plant to maintain her powers. When the moon is full, she gains the ability to manipulate cannabis plants, the ability to physically become the smoke which gives her an intangibility and the ability to fly, while still being able to use her other powers. Using this plant makes Hallie immune to the effects of cannabis of all types, except for the magical cannabis, which affects her as would normal cannabis under normal circumstances. She also has the ability to crossover into a magical realm by opening a portal with the smoke on Halloween when she ingests or smokes the plant. In the magical realm, Hallie can use all of her powers at anytime regardless of the moon phase.

The plant regrows any leaves lost within 24 hours, and is green with blue edges and stalks. The plant is native to the magical realm.

Appearance

Hallie is a caucasian woman in her early 20's with blonde hair and thin, fit build. She wears sunglasses and dresses comfortable.

Ameridroid (Open Source)

Real Name: (current President of the United States)

Origin

Ameridroid was put into service in 1995. It was in development from 1987 to 1994, based on Japanese robotics technology. It is controlled by the President of the United States when his consciousness is transfered into Ameridroid.

The first President to use Ameridroid was William "Bill" Jefferson Clinton. Ameridroid was placed into field service along side the American General, eventually going solo.

Today, Ameridroid is under the control of a reluctant Donald John Trump. Trump refused to transfer his consciousness into Ameridroid, instead, opting to copy. This allows Ameridroid to always be active.

Ameridroid is the leader of the hero team, The Congress, consisting of several (open source) heroes.

Powers

Superhuman strength and durability, enhanced reflexes, digital vision, 360° awareness, and can emit energy bursts.

Blue Devil (Open Source)

Real Name: Bart Garret

Origin

Bart is the son of a police officer. His mother died when he was 2 years old, due to illness. When Bart was five, his father took him on vacation to the Austrailian Outback. After a few days, they encountered a band of criminals. The criminals killed his father, but he held them off long enough for Bart to escape. Bart wandered about for two days. The aborigine later found him unconcious. They took him in and raised him, teaching him their ways. He excelled and became a respected member of the tribe. When he reached adulthood, he returned to America. He went to college, and later became a police officer. After a year on patrol, Bart was shot and lay near death in the hospital. After his nurses make their rounds, a man enters his room and injects him with something. Bart wakes, healed, the next morning to see a doctor standing next to his bed. The doctor, Dr. Franz, explains the recovery to Bart and offers him the chance to be a force for justice, outside of the law. Bart accepts, but wants to stay on the beat as part of his cover. Bart designs his suit in the style of his battle paint with the aborigines, half-n-half body paint. He makes himself some boomerangs to use as weapons. He then hits the streets as the Blue Devil. Bart carries a dose of Vitamin 2-X with him to use at any time, and it lasts for 24 hours.

Powers and Abilities

Bart gains his powers by injesting Vitamin 2-X. It gives him enhanced speed/reflexes, enhanced mental capacity, enhanced strength, enhanced senses, enhanced healing.

Black Arachnid III (Open Source)

Real Name: Max Snowe (II)

Origin
Max grew up training with his father, the original Black Arachnid, hero. When his father was killed while battling a super villain, Max donned the suit and gear of the Black Arachnid. He found and killed the villain. He then became the next Black Arachnid and became a hero like his father. Soon, he became the target of all villains in the city. Tired of the attacks, he began killing the villains, and then started hunting them down, but not for justice. After some time, he found himself the target of a popular hero team. He battled and killed one of the members. Another member used his powers to open a portal and remove Black Arachnid from the universe.

Max awakens, floating on a plank, in a sea filled with junk. He sees a city nearby and makes his way to shore. When he stands on the dock, he sees a city that appears to be 1920’s America. He walks through the city and sees gangsters and hears swing music. He finds a change of clothes, leaving his arachnid gear on, and heads into the nearest club. He finds the “boss” and asks for work. He quickly becomes the top muscle in the gang. His work takes him outside of Sarcago Heights (1920’s), and he learns what Sargasso City really is. He uses this to kill the “boss” and become the leader of the gang, publicly working as Widow Corp. Widow Corp. becomes the most feared gang, and Black Arachnid the most feared boss in Sarcago Heights.

Max never tries to return to his world.

Equipment and Weapons

• cartridge launchers on his hands. He can load them with micro-netting coated in high-tack adhesives which acts as his spiderweb, micro-grappling hooks used for swinging, climbing, or repelling, and toxin dipped darts that can paralyse an opponent temporarily. 
• his hands and soles of his feet have micro-hooks (similar to the micro-grappling hooks) he uses for clinging to objects. 
• his belt holds replacement cartridges for his cart launchers, and a variety of "pellets"
• he also uses a variety of pistols.

Notes
