Mission
October Mask's mission is to destroy all magic users and magical items on the planet. 

Origin
Nothing is known about October Mask other than he just appeared sometime in the late 1800's and began eradicating magic into the modern world. No one knows who he is or where he came from.

Dresses, in all black, as a cowboy in the old west would including spurs and duster, tall, black hair, blue eyes

Weapons

• The Preternatural X-10 (commonly known as The Extinguisher of Magic or The X-10) - a sword imbued with anti-magic energies that can nullify and destabilize most if not all forms of magic and even destroy a magic user's capability to utilize magic. It is a large sword. It looks technological. It was given an A.I. intelligence that communicates telepathically with October Mask as if it were a person. It grants October Mask with enhanced abilities and shrouds his face to be whatever a magic-user fears. It is also bio-metrically linked to October Mask so only he can use it. October Mask can also call this blade back to his hand by thought. It was designed specifically destroy magic. If October Mask should die, the X-10 is able to find a new wielder on its own.

Black Arachnid III (Open Source)

Real Name: Max Snowe (II)

Origin
Max grew up training with his father, the original Black Arachnid, hero. When his father was killed while battling a super villain, Max donned the suit and gear of the Black Arachnid. He found and killed the villain. He then became the next Black Arachnid and became a hero like his father. Soon, he became the target of all villains in the city. Tired of the attacks, he began killing the villains, and then started hunting them down, but not for justice. After some time, he found himself the target of a popular hero team. He battled and killed one of the members. Another member used his powers to open a portal and remove Black Arachnid from the universe.

Max awakens, floating on a plank, in a sea filled with junk. He sees a city nearby and makes his way to shore. When he stands on the dock, he sees a city that appears to be 1920’s America. He walks through the city and sees gangsters and hears swing music. He finds a change of clothes, leaving his arachnid gear on, and heads into the nearest club. He finds the “boss” and asks for work. He quickly becomes the top muscle in the gang. His work takes him outside of Sarcago Heights (1920’s), and he learns what Sargasso City really is. He uses this to kill the “boss” and become the leader of the gang, publicly working as Widow Corp. Widow Corp. becomes the most feared gang, and Black Arachnid the most feared boss in Sarcago Heights.

Max never tries to return to his world.

Equipment and Weapons

• cartridge launchers on his hands. He can load them with micro-netting coated in high-tack adhesives which acts as his spiderweb, micro-grappling hooks used for swinging, climbing, or repelling, and toxin dipped darts that can paralyse an opponent temporarily. 
• his hands and soles of his feet have micro-hooks (similar to the micro-grappling hooks) he uses for clinging to objects. 
• his belt holds replacement cartridges for his cart launchers, and a variety of "pellets"
• he also uses a variety of pistols.

Notes
This is the 3rd version of Black Arachnid.
