SPARKLE is an Open Source character, created by Marz Workman, and can be used freely by anyone with no copyright restrictions.

History/Origin: Stephanie was a 10 year old street kid that was taken in by Bart Garret, the Blue Devil. She discovered he was the Blue Devil while she was snooping around the house. She promised not to tell anyone if he would train her to be his sidekick. Unknown to Bart, she never intended to tell anyone.

Powers: Sparkle has no powers, but is a skilled fighter and boomerang expert trained by Bart. She is not given Vitamin 2-X because Dr. Franz did not know how it would affect a child.

Notes: Sparkle is an add-on to my melds project, not really being a melded OSC. Created as an alternate to Holyoke's SPARKY. Enjoy.
